Ingredienti per 2 persone:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uova, 2, 112 gr al netto (143,3 kcal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farina Integrale, 40 gr (132 kcal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Farina di Mandorle, 40 gr (244,4 kcal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crema di Yogurt Greco 2% di Grassi, 300 gr (213 kcal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mirtilli, 125 gr (31,2 kcal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fragole, 150 gr (48 kcal)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dolcificante Ipocalorico Eritritolo, 3 cucchiai<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dolcificante Ipocalorico Liquido, 5 ml<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procedimento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sciacquare i frutti rossi e metterli da parte. In un ampio contenitore, rompere le uova, aggiungervi 150 (1 vasetto) di yogurt, la farina di mandorle e mescolare con l’ausilio di una spatola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unire la farina integrale e continuare a mescolare. Aggiungere .ca 100 gr di mirtilli e tenere il resto da parte per decorare la torta, 75 gr di fragole, dopo averle tagliate a pezzetti, il dolcificante, e mescolare un’ultima volta, fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rivestire una teglia (preferibilmente con cerniera) con della carta forno, e riversarvi il composto. Preriscaldare il forno statico a 190\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Infornare, lasciando tutto invariato, per 40 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lasciar intiepidire e ricoprire la superficie utilizzando i rimanenti 150 gr di yogurt, dopo averlo dolcificato a piacere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riporre in frigo per 3\/4 ore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Decorare con la frutta rimanente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
