Yogurt di Soia ai Mirtilli, 1, 125 gr (92,5 kcal)
Farina di Manitoba, Tipo 0, 30 gr (100,8 kcal)
Backprotein (Impasto Proteico)\u00a0
#Foodspring<\/a>, 30 gr (102,6 kcal)
Gomma Guar, 2 gr
Dolcificante a piacere<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Procedimento:<\/strong>
Sbucciare la mela, tagliarla a cubetti, con un frullatore ad immersione potente. Unire il frullato ottenuto, in una ciotola, alla ricotta, allo yogurt e al dolcificante. Mescolare a dovere, con l’aiuto di una spatola. Unire gli ingredienti secchi, la gomma addensante, e mescolare ancora una volta, fino ad ottenere un impasto abbastanza sostenuto ed omogeneo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preriscaldare il forno a 190\u00b0, statico, sopra e sotto. Distribuire l’impasto negli stampi, Infornare, lasciando tutto invariato, per 50 minuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impiattare, aggiungere il topping, se lo si desidera, e gustare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
